Automation
This eLearning project is developed by IE, based on the transformation initiative for one of the many systems that UPS is developing. This project helps in replacing the current manual work measurement responsibilities from facilities and move them to corporate by automation.

Project Introduction
Manager assigned me to this project as a reward for outperforming my roles and responsbilities as an intern, This was the first transformation project that the learning team developed based on the request from the process team. Another ID and I worked with a team of four SME’s to gather requirements, conduct analysis, designing storyboard, develop prototype, develop a hybrid training. We developed both ILT and eLearning along with pre and post training material . We attended pilot training for implementaion and evaluation purposes.
I used Articulate Storyline to develop the eLearning module of the program as it was most compatible with their LMS. The ILT was created in powerpoint and word document. All the pre and post training material could be accessed through sharepoint. The client and SME approved this approach.
Design Approach
After reviewing the initial content and performing needs analysis it was evident that we develop this training using agile methodology based on the system development and update.
Include Learner freedom by including training links to content covered in other training in the resources, giving them freedom to choose and reference the material they want so encourage positive and need based learning.
With the main task in mind I recreated a storyboard for the modules and reviewed it with client and SME. Once the storyboard was approved I created a prototype of the project to create the visual experience for the client and SME. As the content was constantly evolving we reviewed the modules a total of three times before the client approval and signoff.

This is an animated slide. It starts with first layer in grey listing the different parameters involved in automation and cascades all the details in a sequence of four steps.
This slide demonstrates the steps to search for a facility after logging into the automation portal.
I also included a question bank with 20 questions to track progress and completion of the training module.
These questions included, true/ false, multiple choice, drag and drop to keep the learner engaged.
